Registering as an Elector
Why is it necessary?
PCNB Members who want to vote in the Leadership Contest must register as Electors to receive a vote-by-mail ballot.
What’s the deadline to register?
The last day to register as an Endorsing Elector for Daniel Allain is July 31, 2026.
The last day to register as an Elector without endorsing a candidate is August 14, 2026.
What’s the cost?
FOR PCNB MEMBERS & NON-MEMBERS:
The fee to register as an Elector is $50.00. This fee is paid directly to PCNB. This will ensure you receive your vote-by-mail ballot in late August AND renew or extend your PCNB Membership by 2 years.
FOR PCNB LIFE MEMBERS:
The fee for Life Members to register as an Elector is $40. This fee is paid directly to PCNB. Registering will ensure you receive your vote-by-mail ballot in late August.

Voting
Who can vote?
Only PCNB Members who have registered as Electors are able to vote in the Leadership Contest.
When will I receive my ballot?
All registered Electors will receive their ballots by mail. Ballots will be mailed out fter the August 14th registration deadline date.
How do I vote?
When your ballot arrives, complete it according to the instructions, and then mail it back to PCNB (or drop it off in person.)
When is the deadline to vote?
All ballots must be received by PCNB on or before the day three days prior to Election Day so they may be counted.
PLEASE MAKE SURE your ballot arrives before October 14 to be safe!
