Why it’s helpful
We are developing a contact database to ensure we keep all our supporters informed as Daniel’s campaign unfolds.

PCNB Membership
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
Why it’s necessary
Only PCNB Members are able to register as Electors and receive a ballot.
Things to consider
Lifetime members should not need to purchase a membership to become an Elector. If you already are a member, please check with PCNB to be sure your membership doesn’t expire during the Leadership process.
If you need to renew or purchase a membership, PCNB can advise which membership term is best for you.
What’s the cost
A 1-year membership is $10.00. A 2-year membership is $20.00.
Supporting Contributions
THIS STAGE OF THE PROCESS IS COMPLETE. THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT!
Why it’s necessary
Leadership Contest rules require that PCNB receive Supporting Contributions made on behalf of the Contestant totalling $35,000. This is the Leadership Contest entry fee, and it is 100% retained by PCNB.
What’s the process
Once an Applicant has been approved by PCNB through a Preliminary Review, they may begin to solicit Supporting Contributions. Supporting Contributions must be paid to PCNB directly by donors, credited to the applicant of their choice.
What’s the cost
Supporting Contributions are subject to your annual $3,000.00 limit, and are tax-receiptable according to the Political Process Financing Act.
Become an Endorsing Elector
DANIEL HAS BEEN APPROVED AS A CANDIDATE, AND CAN NOW BEGIN COLLECTING THE 500 ENDORSING ELECTORS HE REQUIRES TO QUALIFY FOR THE BALLOT.

Why it’s necessary
PCNB Members who want to vote in the Leadership Contest must register as Electors to receive a vote-by-mail ballot.
Things to consider
You may register to become an Elector without endorsing a candidate on the PCNB website. If, however, you register to become an Elector using a link provided to you by our campaign, you have the opportunity to endorse Daniel Allain for Leadership Contestant at the same time as you register to become an Elector.
Daniel must receive endorsements from 500 Electors, with at least 20 from Electors residing in 7 of 9 Regions as defined by the PCNB Constitution.
What’s the cost
The fee to become an Elector or Endorsing Elector is $40.00. This fee is paid directly to PCNB. For $50, you can register AND renew or extend your PCNB Membership by 2 years.

Leadership contests require donations to fund the tools, materials, events, and services required to mount a competitive campaign – and this one is no exception!

Donations of any amount are most welcome. Please note that campaign donations are not tax receiptable.
Voting
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
Who can vote
Only PCNB Members who have registered as Electors are able to vote in the Leadership Contest.
What’s the process
Voting will take place by mail, and all ballots must be received by PCNB on or before the day three days prior to Election Day.
